RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At The Lions Wardrobe, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; However since everything is made to order and/or are custom costume pieces I do not over returns or exchanges simply alterations.

Do you provide international shipping?
Unfortunately not at this time. I hope to in the future.

Do you pay for shipping?

Not at this time , shipping costs are currently all on the customer.

How do I get a custom costume?

Head over to the order custom page or find our booth at whatever fair you heard I'm attending.

Do I pay for the consultation?

Not for the consultation, however a 50% deposit is required before I start making the costume.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier website or on any shipment tracking app.
How can I contact your couriers?
If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please contact our customer support team and they will assist you.
What are your delivery options?
We offer standard and express delivery options. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location.
